1. Edit the donation form that you are experiencing the issue with and find the merchant account that is associated with the donation form.
  2. Select Administration, Merchant accounts and edit the merchant account.
  3. Verify that the "Merchant account is inactive" check box is not checked.
  • If the check-box is checked then un-check the box and click on save to save the settings.
  • If the check-box is not checked follow up with her merchant account provider.
