When NetCommunity is initially set up by Blackbaud, documentation is provided to your organization with this IP information. The form that specifically references your BBNC Server IP Address is the "Installation Acceptance Form". If you no longer have that, however, you can also check the IP address of your BBNC Server by seeing what your site's domain is pointing to through your DNS Provider, which you administer.

If you are unable to locate the IP through either of those means or if your NetCommunity website is not yet live, you can also use any number of free, third-party websites to show the IP address associated with your Blackbaud-hosted website using the CNAME alias provided to you during your initial site installation. Your CNAME alias looks like siteID.bbnc.bbcust.com. As an example, the website http://www.loookup.com allows you to enter your CNAME alias in the box at the top of the screen and the site will show the IP address that this alias resolves to.

Note: We provide links to third-party websites in an effort to help you resolve your issue. We are not responsible for the information on third-party websites, and we cannot assist with implementing resolutions from these websites.
