To create a new Action query from an existing Constituent query:
  1. Go to Reports, Action Reports, Action Detail Report
  2. Click Include Records, Selected Records
  3. Search for and open the existing Action query
  4. Mark the option in the lower left of the General tab to create an output query
  5. Choose an output query type of Constituent
  6. Ensure that your options for date range, gift types, etc. do not exclude the constituents and actions you want to include
  7. Preview the report to create and save the constituent output query
