- Go to Reports, Action Reports, Action Detail Report
- Click Include Records, Selected Records
- Search for and open the existing Action query
- Mark the option in the lower left of the General tab to create an output query
- Choose an output query type of Constituent
- Ensure that your options for date range, gift types, etc. do not exclude the constituents and actions you want to include
- Preview the report to create and save the constituent output query
