If you're seeing these errors while not working in the Blackbaud Hosting Services environment, check with your IT helpdesk or staff to ensure you're using the correct credentials and that:
  1. The Active Directory is functional
  2. You have access to modify the Active Directory
  3. The Blackbaud CRM (BBEC) application and SQL server are in the Active Directory
