If an addressee/salutation exists on a participant record, the Addressee/Salutation cannot be deleted from Configuration, Addressees/Salutations. Once the Addressee/Salutation has been deleted from all records in the database, the Addressee/Salutation formula can be deleted from Configuration.
Addressee/Salutations can exist on a Name Tag in a participant record. Ensure that the Addressee/Salutation has been removed from every area of the Participant record (Tags/Cards and Guests). If the Addressee/Salutation has been marked as editable, this will need to be changed in order to delete it.
