Website users can request user roles in their profile on our website. Their organization's site administrators can approve or deny these user role requests.
The Pending Role status means the website user has requested the role and the site administrator has not yet approved or denied the role.
The Denied Role status means the site administrator has denied this role.
In either case, the user should contact the organization's site administrator for more information about when the role will be approved or why it was denied. Blackbaud staff do not have this information. If the organization does not have a current site administrator, review I need to become a site administrator.
