- In Registrar's Office, select Records, Faculty/Staff, and open the desired record.
- Click the Restrictions 1 tab.
- Next to This faculty/staff member is an advisor for the following, click the binoculars.
- Mark the box for All or Selected
- If Selected, highlight the desired grade level(s) and click the right arrow to move the desired grade level(s) under Include these grade levels.
- Click OK, then save and close the faculty/staff record.
