1. In Registrar's Office, select Records, Faculty/Staff, and open the desired record.
  2. Click the Restrictions 1 tab.
  3. Next to This faculty/staff member is an advisor for the following, click the binoculars.
  4. Mark the box for All or Selected
  5. If Selected, highlight the desired grade level(s) and click the right arrow to move the desired grade level(s) under Include these grade levels.
  6. Click OK, then save and close the faculty/staff record.
Note: If this field is missing on the Restrictions 1 tab, we will need to mark the Current Advisor checkbox on the Bio 1 tab, and save the record in order to see this field on the Restrictions 1 tab.
