There will be teachers showing for a class if they are on any of the meetings for the class.  The steps provided will show you how to check the meetings and make the needed correction.

  1. In Scheduling, Select Open a Class in the Class Scheduling Tasks section
  2. Open the class section that shows the incorrect teacher
  3. Click on the meetings tab
  4. If this is a multiple term class the first term will be showing in the term dropdown box
  5. Highlight the meeting and click open
  6. Make sure that the teacher is correct , Remove any unwanted teachers. Do this for all meetings
  7. Change the term in the dropdown box to the next available term
  8. Repeat steps 5 and 6
