1. Log into System Administration (Division 00)
2. On the Home Page, check the grid for Logged in Users.
3. If the user is listed in error, click Delete.
4. If this does not resolve the error message, reboot the user's workstation.
5. If this does not resolve the error message, reboot the server.

If this does not resolve the issue complete the following steps to clear out logged in users in the command prompt:

1.  Verify everyone is logged out of FundWare.
2.  Go to a command prompt (Start > Run > 'cmd')
3.  Type the following:

c:\ osql -E (enter)
1> use afwcore (enter)
2> go (enter)
1> update afwuser set loggedin = 0 (enter)
2> go  (enter)
