Download the Year End Service Bulletin from the Blackbaud website.

Ensure you are not viewing the forms through Forms Manager.  Forms Manager is no longer used.  Instead, go to View/Print Forms.  For more detailed steps, see How to view and print tax forms for 2012.

If the problem persists:

1.  Delete/Move all existing forms from the FundWare/Data folder.
2.  Initialize and Purge Information (if processing 1099's).
3.  Extract Information.
