An application or Reenrollment that was submitted via a Blackbaud NetCommunity page does not appear in the Blackbaud NetCommunity plug-in in The Education Edge. In Blackbaud NetCommunity Forms, the form appears with Completed status.
Login to NetCommunity
Go to Site explorer, Forms
On the Data tab search for the form that is not showing in Education Edge
Mark the checkbox and click to Resubmit
Once resubmitting the form it should be available in The Education Edge NetCommunity plugin.
