- Log off of the Blackbaud Hosted Application
- Ensure the Web Browser is configured to access Blackbaud Hosting Services
- Clear cookies and cache and restart the Web Browser
- Uninstall the Citrix Metaframe client
- Reboot the computer
- Install the Citrix Metaframe client
- Reboot the browser and try accessing the Hosted Application again
