1. Log off of the Blackbaud Hosted Application
  2. Ensure the Web Browser is configured to access Blackbaud Hosting Services
  3. Clear cookies and cache and restart the Web Browser
  4. Uninstall the Citrix Metaframe client
  5. Reboot the computer
  6. Install the Citrix Metaframe client
  7. Reboot the browser and try accessing the Hosted Application again
