The Restore button will be grayed out until the first backup has been created for a selected Division
  • If you are in the process of trying to restore a Division to a previous backup, then verify that you have the correct Division selected in the list at the top of the screen.
  • If you have installed Fundware on a new server and are trying to restore to a backup created on your old server:
    1. Click on the Division you have created in the list at the top of the page.
    2. Click on the Backup button located under the grid.
    3. Once the Backup has been created then you will be able to select the Restore option. 
    4. Click on Restore and follow the prompts to restore to the database created on the old server.
