Error: RE7.exe has stopped working. Windows can check online for a solution to the problem when exporting

When merging from an export, users may receive the following error:
'RE7.exe has stopped working. Windows can check online for a solution to the problem'

The user may also receive an "Application-defined or object-defined error" error message in the same task.
Try the following until resolved.

1. Verify that there are records included in the results. If no records meet the Criteria, the error may display.
2. Change the format of the export to from Docx to a Blackbaud Simple Word Merge.

Unfortunately, the work usually isn't saved when this error occurs so you need to process the task again or recreate the export.
