1. Ensure that there is sufficient free disk space on the partition where the SQL Server database files reside in order to attach and upgrade the database in the Blackbaud Management Console.
  2. If you have restricted log file growth, then set the log file growth to unrestricted until the attach process is complete.  Afterwards, If desired, shrink your log file in SQL Server or shrink your database in the Blackbaud Management Console and then place your restriction again on your log file growth.
