If a course request has already been entered for the student for all terms of the course:
  1. Select Configuration, Business Rules, Scheduling and unmark the checkbox Reflect Student Schedule Changes
  2. Select Scheduling, Edit Student Schedules.
  3. Search for the appropriate student
  4. In the Terms drop-down, select the appropriate term (the term the student should be enrolled in)
  5. Select the appropriate class section for the course request.
  6. Save and close.
     

If a course request has not yet been entered for the student:

  1. Repeat step 1 from above
  2. Select Records, Courses, and open the appropriate course
  3. Select the Restrictions 2 tab
  4. Open the appropriate row for the Academic Year and session
  5. Mark the checkbox to Allow Partial Requests.
  6. Click OK, then Save and Close
  7. Select Scheduling, Edit Student Schedules.
  8. Search for the appropriate student
  9. In the Terms drop-down, select the appropriate term (the term the student should be enrolled in)
  10. Search for the course in the Main Request column, then select the appropriate class section.
  11. Save and close.

Note: Once the student scheduling is completed, return to Configuration, Business Rules, Scheduling and mark the checkbox Reflect Student Schedule Changes (if this was previously marked)
