1. In Mail, Letters, Checklist Letters. Highlight the existing parameter and click Open.
  2. Click Send to Word merge wizard.
  3. Click Next.
    • For a Simple mail merge:
      1. Select Perform a simple mail merge using only one document.
      2. Click Next.
      3. Click Edit merge document.
         
    • For a Conditional mail merge select.
      1. Perform a conditional mail merge using multiple documents.
      2. Click Next.
      3. Highlight the conditional field and click Next.
      4. Highlight the document and click Open.
      5. Click Edit merge document.
  4. Edit the letter.
  5. Click Save and Return to The Education Edge.
