Users will receive this prompt if their Internet Browser does not recognize that the Citrix Client is installed on the workstation.

If this is the first time accessing the Hosting login page and the Citrix Client has not been installed:

  1. Mark the Citrix license agreement checkbox
  2. Click the green Install button
  3. Follow the prompts to install the Citrix client
  4. Close and reopen any open browser windows
If the Citrix Client has already been installed on the workstation:
  1. Click the Skip to Login hyperlink from the lower right hand corner below the Install button
  2. Log in to the hosting website and click the Settings button at the top of the page
  3. Under General, click Run Client detection
If this prompt started occurring after upgrading to Internet Explorer 11:
  1. Click Tools option (Gear icon)
  2. Select Compatibility View Settings
  3. In the textbox, enter and click Add (Note: No wildcard characters are needed)
  4. Click Close to save the changes
  5. Close and reopen any Internet Explorer browser windows
Note: It is possible for this to occur when using Google Chrome, Safari, or Opera.  That is caused by those browsers lacking the technology that allows the website to detect if Citrix Receiver is installed or not.
