The Data Source that is listed on the Wealth Detail has not been added to the Wealth Capacity Formula. Therefore that specific Wealth Detail is not calculated into the Wealth Capacity.

To resolve this issue, you will need to alter the Wealth Capacity Formula you are using:

  1. Click on the word Prospect in ResearchPoint
  2. Under Configuration, click Capacity Formula Management, found on the left-hand task pane
  3. Use the down arrows to find the options for the formula you want to modify.
  4. Select Edit.  The Edit Capacity Formula window opens.
  5. Go to the Assets tab
  6. Highlight the type of Asset in question (ie Real Estate, Business Ownership, etc)
  7. Click the pencil icon to the right of sources to include
  8. Select the appropriate sources you would like to include in the calculation - be sure to select any that were user added
  9. Click OK
  10. Click Save
  11. Click Yes to have the program recalculate using the new formula.  This could take some time - a black notification box will appear when the recalculation is complete
NOTE: Please be aware that any previous Real Estate properties returned to a prospect by WealthPoint will be marked as Historical in the Record State column.  Any property marked as Historical will not be confirmed and will not be calculated in the Weath Capacity Formula .  You may also manually select the Mark historical button from the drop-down to confirm any property records you know to be previously owned by the prospect.  Any new property records returned by a WealthPoint search will be marked as New in the Record State column.  After you review them, they will be marked as Current if not marked historical.
