If sending a mailing to a large number of constituents from The Raiser's Edge: 

Globally send the email to a group using Globally Add Records. This allows the message to only appear once for the group instead of once per email being sent. 


Note: We recommend that you contact your IT professional before making changes to your workstation to ensure the changes do not negatively impact other programs installed on your workstation. 

On occasion, the Yes button on this message has to be clicked multiple times in order for the email to be sent.  Some users were able to resolve this problem using third-party software called Click Yes available for free download from http://www.contextmagic.com/express-clickyes/. This tool would also click Yes if a virus tries to send emails to your contacts in your Outlook. Alternately, an Outlook Security add-in, by MAPI Labs, could be used to specify  program access to Outlook. This add-in can be found at http://www.mapilab.com/outlook/security/.

Note: If Blackbaud hosts your database and has configured the Outlook integration, ClickYes is not an option as we are unable to install this on our servers.
