1. In Administration>Set up system security, open the desired Group.
  2. Under System Components, select Registrar's Office.
    Note: If the users have access to Admissions Office, repeat the following steps for Admissions Office for applicant records.
  3. Under Registrar's Office or Admissions Office Privileges, highlight Records and click Options.
  4. Highlight Students or Applicants.
  5. Under Student or Applicant Privileges, for the Medical row mark View and Edit checkboxes to grant rights or Unmark the View and Edit checkboxes to restrict rights.
  6. Click OK.
  7. Click Save and Close.
Note: Users must exit and sign out (BB16633) and log back in before the security changes will take effect.
