Verify the Year-End Service Bulletin (YESB) was installed correctly by answering Yes to the following questions:
  • Was the install performed using Add/Remove Programs?
  • Were you logged in as the local administrator when installing?
  • Were all users exited out of FundWare during the installation?
  • Was the server rebooted after the installation?
If you answered No to any of the question, install YESB again using the above criteria.

If you answered Yes to the above questions, the issue is related to permissions.  In this scenario, the local administrator can run the file but others users cannot.  Please follow the solution on how to reset permissions for all users.
