Follow each of the steps below in order until your issue is resolved:
  1. Data Execution Prevention needs to be disabled on Windows Server
    1. Right-click on My Computer, Properties.
    2. Select the Advanced tab.
    3. Click on the Settings button under Performance.
    4. Select the Data Execution Prevention Tab.
    5. Change setting to “Turn on DEP for essential windows programs and services only”.
    6. Click OK.
    7. Reboot the server.
  2. Copy the SysDll.dll file from the TPBR folder to the System32 folder.
    1. Double-click My Computer, D:\ Drive, FundWare, 7.xx, Bin, TPBR and Right-Click on SysDll.dll, Copy.
    2. Double-click My Computer, C:\ Drive, Windows, System32 and paste DLL into folder.
    3. Double-click My Computer, C:\ Drive, Windows, SysWOW64 and paste DLL into folder.  If you do not have this folder, ignore this step.
  3. Check the file sizes of the 00SYU and 00SYU.idx files located in \Fundware\Data\. If they are 1KB and 3KB respectfully, they are empty and will need to be replaced from the last full backup tape.
  4. If service pack 2 for FundWare 7.31 was just installed, verify the installation occurred on the server signed in as the local administrator. If the service pack was installed by someone other than the local administrator, login as the local administrator and reinstall the service pack.
  5. Remove the semi-colon from Path Variable
    1. Right-click on My Computer and select Properties
    2. Select the Advanced System Settings
    3. Click on the Environment Variables button
    4. In the bottom box, double-click the Path variable
    5. Remove the semi-colon at the end of the Path Variable
    6. Click OK to save new settings
