Try each of the following steps in order until the issue is resolved:
  1. Repair Aatrix.
  2. Manually update/repair the workstation.
  3. Update/repair the deploy kit (SQL Server).
  4. Ensure that the config.ini and PY7Data.auf files are located in the SysDB folder. (By default, the SysDB folder is located at C:\Program Files\Blackbaud\The Financial Edge.)  If these files are missing, copy them from a workstation that has them.
  5. Ensure that the user has required NTFS rights.
