The error message above is received when attempting to process credit card gifts in a recurring batch that previously had the credit card gifts contained in it authorized. The error may also occur when processing new non-recurring Gift Batches as well. The below solution describes the steps for resolving this issue.
We resolved this issue in version 7.91.5056, patch 6. Download and install the latest patch, which contains all fixes from previous patches. If you are running an older version, download and install the latest version and then the patch.
