1. Log into Blackbaud NetCommunity as a supervisor
  2. Navigate to Users & Security > Roles
  3. Click the pencil icon to edit the role in question
  4. Click Change (Base role membership on a query:)
  5. Search for the correct query
  6. Click Select beside the query
  7. Click Save

Note: The roles update when the scheduled role refresh runs again.

If this solution does not work, try the following:

  1. Recreate the query.
  2. Run the Add Users utility with the new query.
  3. Update the role with the new query.
  4. Refresh the role.
