- Log into Blackbaud NetCommunity as a supervisor
- Navigate to Users & Security > Roles
- Click the pencil icon to edit the role in question
- Click Change (Base role membership on a query:)
- Search for the correct query
- Click Select beside the query
- Click Save
Note: The roles update when the scheduled role refresh runs again.
If this solution does not work, try the following:
- Recreate the query.
- Run the Add Users utility with the new query.
- Update the role with the new query.
- Refresh the role.
