Gateway is blank when adding merchant accounts

When adding a Merchant Account in The Raiser's Edge, after entering gateway credentials, the Gateway drop down menu is blank. When attempting to save, the following error is received: Error: Required field missing: Gateway.
Before you can enter a Merchant Account, you must have signed up to participate in the Blackbaud Payment Service (BBPS) and entered your BBPS information in The Raiser's Edge.

If you have not already done so, please register for the BBPS and be sure to enter your new credentials in The Raiser's Edge by signing in as Supervisor and going to Config > General.  These fields are only available when logged in with the Supervisor username, a user account with supervisory access will not see these fields.

If using Blackbaud Hosting Services, please ensure that you are logged in to the Raiser's Edge Credit Card Processing environment, rather than the regular Raiser's Edge environment (unless you are a Canadian client or hosted through the Boston data center).
