Follow the below steps until the issue is resolved:
- Open affected Action record.
- Click the Notes tab.
- Verify that this action has the missing notes (or any) listed here.
- If notes are logged for this Action record, verify that there is text entered in the box below the "Description" field.
- If there is no text in this field, enter the desired notes text in the Action text section.
- Click Save And Close.
- Run the Action Detail Report again.
