Cause:  Windows 64-bit Operating Systems do not have the functionality built in to open WebDAV files folder technology.

Blackbaud is unable to address this issue because it is related to third-party software. For assistance, contact the third-party vendor.

1. Update the Web Folders from Microsoft
2. Reboot the computer
3. Set up the Network Place again and attempt to connect.

Alternative Solution:  Configure BitKinex 3.2.3 for Windows to access the Files Folder.
Alternative Solution:  Use direct download Disk Mapping to save the file directly to the local computer.
