1. Navigate to Communities > Special Events > Friends Asking Friends
  2. Hover over your event, and select Website Info
  3. Within the Event Website Creation Checklist box, there is a field named “Actions”. Select Active or Disable it by clicking on the bubble next to the appropriate field. 
  4. Click on the green “Publish This Event Now” button
  • Note: When disabling your event, although end-users will not be able to access the website, Sphere administrators will still be able to run reports and access data from this event through Sphere.
  • Note: It is not possible disable the event at a specific time and the event will not disable at the specified End Date
