To resolve this issue:

  1. Launch FundWare and log into Division 00 System Administration. 
  2. Click Security, Users.
  3. At the bottom of the screen, leave the business date with the default date. Select your division and click "Define User Security"
  4. Type (C) to change
  5. Enter the user ID of the user receiving the error and press Enter.
  6. At the "Enter field to be be changed", enter "2" and press Enter.
  7. Enter the user's current password and then verify the password and press Enter.
  8. At the "Enter field to be changed" prompt, type "0" and press Enter.
  9. It will read "User has been changed" at the bottom of the classic screen.
  10. Press "ESC" and type "E" to end.  You will not have access to the classic program you were working in previously.

If the steps above do not resolve this issue, follow the steps below:

1.  Log into Division 00 System Administration.
2.  Click System Utilities.
3.  In the Execute Program section, enter the following:

         Program Name: raminit
         Switches:  <blank>
         Parameters:  <blank>
Business Date:  Leave as default date
Division: Enter the appropriate division.

4.  Click Run.
5.  Press Enter when the black screen says Process successfully completed.
6.  In the Execute Program section, enter the following:

         Program Name: nws208
         Switches:  20
         Parameters:  <blank>
Business Date:  Leave as default date
Division: Enter the appropriate division.

7.  Click Run.
8.  Type in C to Change.
9.  Type in the user ID number and press Enter.
10. Type in 0 and press Enter to accept the changes
11. Press ESC and E to End.

Have the user log out of FundWare and log back in to have the change take effect.
