- Log in to the database and select Prospects (the word, not the drop-down arrow).
- Select Wealth and Ratings Data under the Configuration heading.
- Select the WealthPoint Search History tab.
- Under Unresolved searches, click on the Filter icon and set appropriate filters (i.e. Name: leave blank, Date submitted: All)
- Click Apply, and the Unresolved searches will populate below.
- Select Update Screening Status from the left-side toolbar.
- If any of the search statuses reflect Results Ready, highlight the searches and select Retrieve Results.
- Highlight each unresolved search not addressed in step 6, and select Cancel.
