When donations and sponsorships need to be confirmed, you may follow the instructions below
1. Log in to your Event Site via Kintera Sphere 2. Mouse over the Event and select Bookkeeping 3. Click on Pending Donations or Pending Sponsorships 4. Click on the check box in front of the donor/sponsor desired 5. Click the blue confirm button above the check boxes
The participant’s reports will then show the donor as PAID instead of unpaid. This will also allow the donor’s name to show up on the participant’s Honor Roll.
