Try each of the following steps in order until the issue is resolved:

  1. Add Microsoft XPS Document Writer printer to the workstation: Launch Add Printer > Local Printer > Use existing port (XPSPort) > Microsoft XPS > Finish the wizard (make XPS the default). 
  2. Run a manual update/repair.
  3. Make sure the Windows user has the necessary NTFS permissions on the workstation.
  4. Uninstall and reinstall The Raiser's Edge, Blackbaud Student Information System, The Education Edge, or The Financial Edge on the workstation.
