Try each of the following steps in order until the issue is resolved:
- Add Microsoft XPS Document Writer printer to the workstation: Launch Add Printer > Local Printer > Use existing port (XPSPort) > Microsoft XPS > Finish the wizard (make XPS the default).
- Run a manual update/repair.
- Make sure the Windows user has the necessary NTFS permissions on the workstation.
- Uninstall and reinstall The Raiser's Edge, Blackbaud Student Information System, The Education Edge, or The Financial Edge on the workstation.
