1. Run the full text search on the Blackbaud NetCommunity database
  2. Run the database revisions

Please note if the database revisions do not run after running the full text search query please try:

  1. Run a back up of the transaction log files
  2. Changing the database options from Full Recovery mode to Simple Recovery mode

The transaction log can only be backed up when the Recovery Model is on Full. Typically, this error is caused by Full Recovery Model. Back up the transaction log, then set the Recovery Model to Simple

Changing the SQL Server database options:

  1. Open SQL Server Enterprise Manager
  2. Right-click on the database in question and select Properties
  3. Select the Data Files and Transaction Log tabs
  4. Verify the Automatic file growth checkbox is marked and the Maximum file size is Unrestricted file growth
  5. Select the Options tab
  6. Change the Recovery model to Simple
