Error: Unable to install update: An exception occurred during a WebClient request

When updating Web Services or the Data Health Center, the following error appears: Unable to install update: An exception occurred during a WebClient request
Run the Raiser's Edge as Administrator and log in as Supervisor to install the service successfully:
  1. Right-click on the Raiser's Edge icon
  2. Select Run as Administrator
  3. Log into Raiser's Edge as Supervisor
  4. Go to Web Services
  5. Click Install/Update for the desired product

Note: If your organization is hosted by Blackbaud in Blackbaud Hosting Services or in the Blackbaud SKY environment, Blackbaud will complete this update for you automatically so you will receive this error every time.
