To resolve, take the following steps until the issue is resolved:

1. Open an internet browser
2. Type in the following address:  http://apps.blackbaud.com
3. Fill in your name and password in the login option
4. Enter the appropriate user information to reset your password.
5. Log into BBEC.

1. Log into BBEC as a system administrator
2. Navigate to Administration, click on the Organizational Units task
3. Click Add
4. Enter the desired Username and password
