Follow each of the steps below, until the issue is resolved:

  1. On an individual record, go to the Wealth and Ratings page, as the 'Get Wealthpoint Update' option is only available from this view. 
  2. In ResearchPoint, click Prospects at the top of the screen.
  3. Click the Wealth and Ratings link on the left.
  4. Click Register WealthPoint.
  5. Go back to the Wealth and Ratings view of the individual record, the option will now be available.
