Follow each of the steps below, until the issue is resolved:
- On an individual record, go to the Wealth and Ratings page, as the 'Get Wealthpoint Update' option is only available from this view.
- In ResearchPoint, click Prospects at the top of the screen.
- Click the Wealth and Ratings link on the left.
- Click Register WealthPoint.
- Go back to the Wealth and Ratings view of the individual record, the option will now be available.
