- If the user is no longer associated with your organization, your site administrator can remove his association. Refer to How to remove or disable users from the website.
- If a new user has joined your organization, your site administrator can associate the user with your organization. Refer to How to add (invite) a new user on Blackbaud's website.
- If the user is associated with a different organization (in addition to your organization): Contact Support and reference this article.
We will update the user's record in our database. The user can then change his default organization, as needed, to access secure resources that are specific to each organization's record.
