Error: Record cannot be saved with changes.

When running Synchronization, the Error:  Record cannot be saved with changes appears on the Integration Activity Report for phone numbers.  The Additional Information column of the Integration Activity Report shows: Contact entry <number> for <record name> not added to EE because an existing entry of type Home that is linked through Integration exists on the EE record.
