1. If Blackbaud hosts your data, log into the Credit Card Processing application in the Blackbaud Hosting Services metaframe.
  2. Login as the user account Supervisor.
  3. Go to Config, Business Rules to view the Merchant Account information.
  4. If information had previously been available but is now blank and the Blackbaud Payment Services password has been recently reset, then see The Raiser's Edge 7 section in How to reset BBPS password to change the BBPS password in Config, General in Raiser's Edge and then test the connection
  5. If test connection successful, the Merchant Account information should now show in Business Rules
  6. If test connection fails then reset the BBPS password and repeat step 4.
