1. Reinstall the patch on the server if the the patchpackage.msp file does not exist in the deploy folder
    1. Browse to the deploy folder on the server
    2. Open the patch folder
    3. If the patchpackage.msp is not located in this folder, reinstall the patch on the server
  2. Update the InstallSource registry key to point to the correct Deploy folder
    1. At the workstation, edit the registry
    2. If using The Raiser's Edge, browse to:
      HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Blackbaud\Raisers Edge\7.0 (32-bit operating systems)
      HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Wow6432Node\Blackbaud\Raisers Edge\7.0 (64-bit operating systems)

      If using The Financial Edge, browse to:
      HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Blackbaud\The Financial Edge\7.0 (32-bit operating systems)
      HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Wow6432Node\Blackbaud\The Financial Edge\7.0 (64-bit operating systems)
    3. Right-click the InstallSource key and select Modify
    4. Change the value to the correct location of the network deploy folder
    5. For The Financial Edge, right-click on AFN64InstallSource as well and change the value to the correct location of the network deploy folder
    6. Exit the Registry
  3. Manually install patch by running BBPatch.exe located in Patch folder within the deploy folder
