Income statement pulls in the incorrect budget total when filtering on Grants

When filtering the Income Statement on Grants, the totals include all projects associated with the Grant and in the grand total. 

Download and install the latest patch, which contains all fixes from previous patches. If you are running an older version, download and install the latest version and then the patch. 

If you need to see only Grant Budgets:

1. Open each column defined on the Income Statement
2. Select the filters tab and apply the Grant filter to the column

If you need Grant totals broken down by Project:
1. General Ledger, Financial Statements, Income Statement.
2. On the Filters tab, filter on the Grant (transaction code)
3. On the Columns tab, add a Budget column.
4. Select the Date Range tab, select dates.
5. On the Format tab, highlight Sort.
6. Either: Mark the box to Print a Separate Statement for: Project
7. And / Or: Select Show detail by account and characteristic for statement in the Statement body format drop down.
8. Select Summarize by: Project
9. Preview the Income Statement
