- Verify with the credit card processor that the transactions have not been processed. Note: If you utilize Blackbaud Merchant Services (BBMS), you can check the status here. Please refer to KB: Error: The CardToken specified no longer exists if this error is listed in the BBMS transaction details.
- If the card has not been charged, try to process the credit card again.
- Verify the credit card number with the card holder if the error occurs again and process as needed with the updated information.
