1. Verify with the credit card processor that the transactions have not been processed.  Note:  If you utilize Blackbaud Merchant Services (BBMS), you can check the status here. Please refer to KB: Error: The CardToken specified no longer exists if this error is listed in the BBMS transaction details.
  2. If the card has not been charged, try to process the credit card again.
  3. Verify the credit card number with the card holder if the error occurs again and process as needed with the updated information.
