The AddressFinder process attempts to CASS certify all addresses.  Addresses that are not able to CASS certified are not updated in The Raiser's Edge database.  See the Processing report (BB414152) for more information on how many records were processed, updated, etc.

**Note: The number of records that do not have new addresses can be found by adding the following numbers from the CASS Processing report...

  • Total Errors (Addresses that are not able to be CASS Certified) - found on Page 2: Section C, #2
  • Foreign Move (Addresses that received a AddressFinder footnote but not a new address) - found on Page 2: Section D, Match Found - New Address Unavailable table
  • Move Left No Address (Addresses that received a AddressFinder footnote but not a new address) - found on Page 2: Section D, Match Found - New Address Unavailable table
  • PO Box Closed, No Forwarding (Addresses that received a AddressFinder footnote but not a new address) - found on Page 2: Section D, Match Found - New Address Unavailable table
