Uninstall your current version of Citrix Receiver and install the latest version available:
  1. Uninstall the Citrix Receiver for Blackbaud Hosting Services
  2. Download and install the Citrix Receiver
If you continue to receive the message after uninstalling and reinstalling Citrix Receiver, consult the information below for additional solutions:

If you are using Firefox on a Macintosh:
  1. Ensure that you are on version 5.0.1 of Firefox by going to Firefox > About Firefox
  2. If you are on a lower version, go to http://www.firefox.com and update to the latest version
  3. If you still receive the error message, download the certificate
  4. Double click the downloaded file, called BB706300_Mac.zip
  5. Move the extracted folder called Keystore to the Applications, Citrix ICA Client folder or if on the latest version of the Citrix ICA client, to the Library, Application Support, Citrix folder
    Note:  Once moved you should have a new folder called Keystore, Cacerts with a file called intermediate.crt in the Citrix ICA Client or the Citrix folder (you may need to double-click the intermediate.crt file to add it to the keychain)
  6. Restart Firefox 

If you are using Firefox on a Windows machine:
  1. Log into Blackbaud Hosting Services using Internet Explorer then launch any hosted application.  This should automatically import the certificate
  2. After a successful log into Blackbaud Hosting Services and launching an hosted application in Internet Explorer, hosted applications will launch in Firefox
  3. If the Step 1 and 2 do not correct the error please download the Intermediate Certificate and extract the file.
  4. Then double-click on the Intermediate.cer file and Install the Certificate.  Please keep with all defaults during the installation.

If you are using Internet Explorer on a Windows machine:

  1. Please download the Intermediate Certificate and extract the file.
  2. Then double-click on the Intermediate.cer file and Install the Certificate. Please keep with all defaults during the installation.
    Note: This solution may require the assistance of your IT/Network staff to implement the fix into your Firewall and/or Proxy servers in order to address the issue.
