eStore mail does not flow through NetCommunity's bulk mail service.

If your NetCommunity site is HOSTED, use the following SMTP Settings that correspond with the datacenter your NetCommunity site is hosted in. 

For instructions on how to change these settings, please refer to the Estore Customization Guide (Page 26).  For custom forms, the SMTP Settings can be managed by editing the form, and scrolling down to the SMTP Settings section of the editor.

If Blackbaud NetCommunity is hosted in Vancouver:

SMTP Server: D2PDCSM001
SMTP Username: Leave Blank
SMTP Password: Leave Blank
SMTP Port: 25
SMTP Timeout: 10000
NO SMTP AUTHENTICATION

If Blackbaud NetCommunity is hosted in Boston:

SMTP Server: D2PDCSM001

If your NetCommunity site is NOT HOSTED, use whatever settings are appropriate for your SMTP server.  This may be a server created for this specific use, an existing mail server, or an SMTP server made available by your Internet Service Provider (ISP).
