Increase the screen resolution on the workstation

Recreate the user within Set up System Security:
  1. In The Education Edge, select Administration> Set up system security
  2. Under Users, double click on the appropriate FAWeb user name
  3. Rename the user to something different such as (username1 or xxusername) so the username can be re-used in the new security record
  4. Select the Online Security tab and unmark the checkbox for Faculty Access for the Web
  5. Create a new user for the appropriate teacher and link it to the appropriate teacher's record on the Online Security tab for Faculty Access for the Web
  6. Delete the old user from the list of users in Set up system security (this is optional)
