1. Follow these steps to make sure that the business rules have been configured properly to create gift records for event registrations:
    • Log into The Raiser's Edge
    • Navigate to Config > Business Rules
    • Click on Event options
    • Under "When adding registration fees to participants...", click to enable the desired gift rules.
  2. Make sure there are no exceptions in the batch.
