1. In Payroll, Mail, State and Federal Tax Reports, double click Federal Report to create a New Federal report

2. Select the W-2 SSA from the Report name drop down menu, click Display Report

3. Begin the W-2 Wizard and select applicable state and locality taxes

4. On the following screen, select Yes to have any of your employees elected to only receive W-2 forms electronically?

5. On the W2 Preparer, mark the Electronic W2 box

6. Enter the email addresses for desired employees in the Email address Column
